I was disappointed, not to mention embarrassed, to discover that my last post seems to have been misinterperated by some of my readers — eliciting reactions of confusion, near-offense amusement, and even “go get ‘em, tiger.” While my first impulse was to simply delete the post, in the spirit of transparency I’ll instead write a potentially even more embarassing...
